These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to the online vocal education services offered by Aishwarya Musik, operated by Aishwarya Vaithyanathan from Doha, Qatar. By using this website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We offer online vocal education, workshops, masterclasses and related learning programmes. Scope, schedule, outcomes and documentation are agreed with the learner, group or partner before commencement.

2. Enrolment and eligibility

Learners under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the learner's participation, supervision and payment.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are communicated before a programme begins and are payable as agreed in writing. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable.

4. Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation

Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions missed without notice may be treated as delivered. Where we need to reschedule, we will offer an alternative time.

6. Recordings and materials

Session recordings, notes, exercises and digital resources are shared for the learner's personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, sold or posted publicly without written permission. Sessions will not be recorded by either party without the other's consent.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to Aishwarya Musik or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Results and health

Progress depends on many factors, including regular practice, so we cannot guarantee specific results. Our programmes are educational and are not medical or therapeutic advice. If you experience pain or discomfort when using your voice, please stop and consult a qualified professional.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services, or for interruptions caused by internet or platform failures outside our control.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
